Well... Since getting out of the hospital I have discovered, that while I don't have chest pain any further, I still feel like warmed over crap... the 48 hour holter monitor (watching heart rythm) only showed some 'sinus' tachycardia or normal heart beat but too fast

Sounds like major irritation, and hard to work through. I always found it impossible to work when I was too sick or dizzy to drive or walk. Simple postural hypotension is a b^%#* this other sounds rougher.
There are a couple of purely psychic things that make physical WORSE that I will not discuss where the general public can read. Some pathes call them curses, but they look more like weakening or feeding on another by those means to me. Call me and we will discuss it. Some of it you could take care of if you know how. Some I can take care of from here, since you are "family". I generally need permission from the individual or their family to work like that...& (sometimes I am blocked from doing anything due to it being someone else's test or challenge). Maybe you would not be surprised to see how quickly a hospitalized or nursing home patient agrees to let the nurse help im/her feel better, get more comfortable or have less pain in the course of doing the things nurses do...
