Oh, and our Internets came through like a champ--because the outlets in the lower floors are nearly 4' off the ground, electrical interruption in the basement if any was minimal. It also allowed us to slough through cold-ass water above our knees without getting baked OR fried to get ferrets.
We are online, and we are all well phoned-up. -

At about 8AM this morning, datahawk awoke to discover a massive amount of water--some 12" and rising--of water in our lower level-slash-basement.
