I suppose that's probably "no turn", but I can't help but imagine that these are the vicious gangs of keep left signs that Monty Python warned us about.

"No blue" means "no parking." ^_^ I suspect the arrows indicate which side(s) of the street disallows parking.

It has a cross, and not just a single line, which actually means "no stopping"

The white arrows on the sign are not officially codified, In Germany they usually indicate the side of the street to which the exceptions listed on the white sign underneath apply.

I wanted to bring a bunch back to the States with me, from the last time I was over there. Though I recently heard that there is a bottler in the states here, that's coming out with an organic drink, make from the same ingredients, in the same amounts. ioerror would know the details on that.
