Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed, these were mad fun to write. :D (And, er, my head-canon takes Renji's singing voice to hyperbolic levels of bad, and loud, and frequent, so that's where that one came from. *grins*)

(I can understand that, Standing to Defend You is one of those songs that never be unheard and if Renji sings like that all the time... *winces* Luckily, I've heard quite a few songs from his seiyuu where he sounds considerably better. I prefer to think of those when Renji's singing voice is brought up. :P)

I hope so. :) My muse has been dropping the ball a lot lately -- I didn't plan on doing these at all, 'cause I've felt so tapped out and lackluster about what I have been managing to produce. But these were a pleasant surprise and I'm hoping they bode well for ye olde authorial fecundity. *touches wood* ^_^;

(Lol, yeah, "Standing" is the fuel behind that one. I've never heard Renji's seiyuu sing as anyone other than Renji, though -- which I should rectify, 'cause I really do love his voice in all other respects [all those growly bits to it, mmm].)

Fuck. Kazeshini's voice is beyond intense!! So harsh and violent, but that pained love for his wielder just cuts up my own heart *sniff* i have to praise this MORE!! when i'm fully awake, heh, but for now, "it was an apology" in 11. Scars and "and not, he silently swore to himself, because he couldn't bear to risk ripping the scabs off the wounds" in 7. Bandages... just... damn. What kind of perverse relationship are the three of them all in?? Their anthem, YESH! the way you see them and interpreted the prompts just blows my mind. Renji sings okay *hurt* i think... ha ha but i think drabbleandfluff would get a big kick out of that in 12.

And as for Ren-chan's voice. . .well, it's rather telling, don't you think, that even his apparently non-tone deaf seiyuu can't even keep the guy from falling flat? Or if it's deliberate, then even he thinks Renji's voice was designed to peel the paint off a fence. XD It's practically canon, I tell you, practically canon!

:) I just got back from an out-of-town holiday, sans computer, so I am working my way through my flist... luckily, I don't have too much! (haha! there's something to be said for being not too social :P) Plus, I think my earlier resolve to be more active on LJ has begun to fade as well, (luckily I didn't resolve to lose ten pounds or quit drinking or anything...) so its probably a combo of both! >_>
