Okay, I have six GMail invites. I don't know whether anybody who would actually want them doesn't already have one, but there's my rock skipping over the pond anyhow, so feel free to ask.

Someone I work with is utterly convinced that Hotmail is better in every way than Gmail.

...Does he have both? I mean, okay, sure there's not TOO much of a difference, except Gmail doesn't have horrid big flashy ads and loads faster and doesn't put that stupid framebar on the top of any link that is in your emails and only has two megs of space unless you are lucky like my friend Kevin who got his increased to two fifty...

I dunno. I am keeping my Hotmail around for junk, but plan to start doing more stuffs with the GMail.

Also, Gmail's message threading is the bestest thing ever. LJ comments confuse it, but that's OK, everything has weaknesses. Even ME!

Then either there is some big mistake going on or he is paying for it! And if he IS paying for it maybe he doesn't get the stupid ads etc etc and it really is better. I'm considering keeping LJ comments being sent to my Hotmail -- they really do confuse the poor GMail.
