I'm finally doing it!

Jun 28, 2007 17:05

I am going in tomorrow morning and having those evil big mole thingies on my head cut off. The doctor said that he loves doing these. In his voice I caught the same fervor of gleeful fascination that exists when some of my girlfriends and I talk about zits, and I knew he was, in his way, a kindred spirit of mine. Tonight I will shower and scrub ( Read more... )

I'm really glad I'm a guy, because I would never be able to figure out women's clothing measurements. What does size four *mean*?? 40W, 34L just makes way more sense.

I sure don't know what the hell size four means.

This is why it takes so long for women to shop. I don't know why we're supposed to enjoy it.

Size 4 means size 4 on the brand it is on, and is likely that size 4 is a completely different size on another brand. This is why I can't buy clothes online.

S-M-L also have no meaning. I have stuff that's the same size, but the tags range from XS to L.

Carhartt for Women. They make work clothes for men and have decided to make a woman's line, too, I guess. I found them in Tristate while searching for bandannas. The pockets in the jeans I got could be much better; they can fit my wallet, but I'm glad I recently got a carabiner for my keys. The work pant pockets are more impressive. I even saw work overalls.

I got your invite, wheee!

Yes, he is Bruce at Student Health. I could tell that he appreciated my moles.

My hair will be cut away a LITTLE bit around the area, but nothing drastic or really noticeable.

They, uh, kinda aren't. I got this explained to me recently. "It's a size. Size 4, 5, 10, 18, etc". There is no waist-inseam measurement to actually provide an exact measurement.

If they do, I've never seen them. You can find them online sometimes, but not in stores.
