I finished my first painting of the year! I work like a pharmaceutical company: I try out a lot of paintings, and only a few of them are actually pushed through to completion. This painting is actually the 5th painting to be attempted since December 2010, and the first one to be completed.

Oh my Godddddddddd.

This is stunning. Really breathtaking. I can't stop looking at it. Harry looks defensive/protective, and oh, the look on Draco's face.

I do like a more guarded Harry. He had dealt with so much death and pressure already. Draco could be another person who is going to use or play him.

I like it! I love how Harry turned out, though Draco looks a little too feminin for me, but it's a neat rendition of him :) I have no idea how you can paint like that on the computer lol

Thank you! I decided to go with the more androgynous Draco because that look just works so well in this painting. I'm a little in love with this Draco.

Painting on a computer is really a lot like oil painting, except without the mess :D

Thank you! I particularly wanted their skin to look very soft and boyish. There is something so boyish about that attraction starting at Hogwarts.
