It's pretty simple really!!

Okay, So Monday you post a theme, screen the post. People will enter their icons based on that theme! (obviously *dies*) They have until Friday to submit icons. Sometime on Wednesday you'd have to post a reminder for the Theme. Friday the Voting post is... posted, they have until Sunday. Sunday yo tally all the votes and find out the winners. Voting ends then and the Winners are posted!!
So it looks something like this.

Monday - Anytime - Theme/Submission Post
Wednesday - Anytime - Reminder
Friday 6:00 pm EST - Voting Post
Sunday 6:00 pm EST - Winners Post.

And your comm has pot_icontest times, no? It's actually alright if it's give or take a couple of hours :3 Particularly with the winners. And votes come in fast enough not to need to be on the clock. People don't mind, trust me XD

Though if you really need it to be on time, particularly posting the voting, I'll probably be an hour or two late, since I wake up late on Saturdays. *shrug* Up to you :3

And yep, we're on pot_icontest times. hehe, I also know that it's okay to give or take a few hours, that's something I don't mind. But most often than not it's a day late. And when it happens almost every week, I do get a little... peeved, I guess.

I don't expect the posts to be up on the dot, just on the right day at least, yanno?

Oh, that's perfectly reasonable then :D I thought you mean a right on the dot XD Don't worry, with me, posting more than 3 hours late would never happen :3 And it's 3 hours only because of the EST times being not so my thing on Saturday mornings, but it really depends.

I think I can help then? :3 I should be able to juggle the other things around XD See, posting themes and such doesn't take very long. It's just banners that are more time consuming.

^^;; That's only because I found a text sample up for grabs and used that. If I hadn't seen it, I would've never EVER made icons at all. XP I like your first one alot though...
