Cleaning is one of those weird things that I've always been TOLD is good for me, but never really believed it. It turns out it makes things better! And easier to locate!

I found PRESENTS. One down side of me never cleaning is that I have UNOPENED PRESENTS. A book from j_crew_guy! A CD from lynnmathews! The corresponding up side of me not cleaning is that I get

I watched Sesame Street today.

Aside from wrecking the theme song and too much Elmo it's almost as I remember, plus there was NPH as a shoe fairy and a "Socks in the City" joke.

I cannot accept the whole Elmo thing. I end up fast-forwarding through his segments whenever I TiVo the show.

But the rest of it makes me SO HAPPY. So I guess it balances?

It did not occur to me to ff the Elmo thing. Perhaps I should adopt this clever avoidance technique.

HOLY SHIT I TOTALLY REMEMBER TWIN BEAKS FROM THE FIRST TIME. Which is weird, because I watched way more Muppets than Sesame Street. Also, don't watch this one with the sound too high or people will give you funny looks.
