Today I spent four hours sitting on a train, listening to the girls (late teens/early twenties, I think?) dissecting their friendship in mind-numbing detail in the seat directly in front of me, and watching the snow blow by and thinking.

My favorite snow stories are still Snowbound with Betsy and The Boxcar Children's Snowbound Mystery. But instead I am reading Bond novels in prep for a yuletide beta.
And snow is magic. I got half a day off work and I got to walk home in it. :) It was beautiful and sparkly (but not vampire sparkly).
