I've seen lots of new Wicked (the Musical) merchandise to promote the third book in the series, which bugs me for exactly the rational reasons it should: the musicalverse and the bookverse are DIFFERENT FANDOMS. Stop trying to make fetch happen, promoters! IT'S NOT COOL

I started a Pushing Daisies/Muppets crossover, and then abandoned it. I feel I should go back to it before the new season starts.

I have just under a thousand words, which establish the premise. I just... don't know where I want to go WITH the premise. Which makes fic-writing hard. Because "Look! Muppets!" will rarely support an entire story.

i am trying desperately to finish survivor: thailand BUT IT'S SO BAD AND I HATE THEM ALL.

so, i honestly think i'm going to apply for the next season of survivor. i'll need help with my application. heeeeee.

The thing is, I really WANT a lot of the things. Because they're pretty and kind of awesome. But then I think about how they're using it to support Lion Among Men, and then I get all crankyfaced.

Guess what? I watched maybe fifteen minutes of Big Brother last night. I was watching TV and happened to switch to CBS, and lo, two guys were drinking champagne and talking about a crazy dress up game they all played. Then, some guy was swimming in a pool and hiding from crows. They showed a bunch of women fighting and yelling and some older man started yelling, too. I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe. Now, I kind of want to watch the finale to learn which guy is going to win, but I figure you'll post and I can read it here.
