[The camera is focusing on an egg which is moving about where it sits. Curie is nearby watching curiously.]
It started just a moment ago. I am not sure if it was simply ready or the stress of the earthquake caused this but I did say I would let you see when it happened.
[There's a crack suddenly.]
And so it begins.

It's a good sign that it's so active. I hope you have a lot of meat close at hand. You'll need to stuff it full as soon as it breaks free of the egg.

[The shell lifts in one area and it seems a little nose appears for a moment before vanishing again. The egg moves and cracks some more.]
