Well voiced and an important message that I hope everyone hears and comprehends. Too often when even people who intend to do good work misinterpret or misunderstand, it happens because the message they were supposed to receive was filtered through their own egos, or through their own perceived guilt and becomes a different message, and the response suddenly doesn't fit. There are so many moving parts to fix and the machine never turns off. It's through this kind of communication that hope continues.
