*hugs* I've ready it now. It's completely lovely and, as is so often the case with you, quite painful.

Oh, you're back! (Are you? You have been missed!)

This was terrific! I loved how rough everything was, and gritty, and unsatisfying, and that Vince didn't have a perfect happy love at first sight moment with Eric, but years and years of confusion to deal with. It makes the way their relationship can still be so fragile make sense.

Really well written, and I'm so glad you've posted again!

Thanks! I'm sort of only marginally back, but I wanted to get this off my hard drive before I felt like messing with it anymore. It is one of the least happy endings I think I've posted, yeah.

one of these days i'm gonna manage to not tear up while reading one of your stories, now if only you'd stop making them so good that might make it easier. seriously this was awsome, in that dark, i need a shot of jack and to hit the bowl after kind of way.

Hee, well, I'd put up a cry warning, but... yeah, it'd be just about every story, I guess. Fourteencandles: making readers drink since sometime in the 2000s. ;) I'm glad you liked it, and hope you enjoyed the Jack.
