Although you absolutely don't show up 45 minutes late for a meeting after that kind of fight, I find myself still mostly on E's side. At least he's trying to live an adult life. Harvey is prick to be sure, but thank goodness for him breaking it down for Vince.
I'm mostly on Eric's side, too, most of the time, though -- they've built a relationship (on the show) around Eric being more attentive to Vince than he is to Eric, so the switch would probably be pretty jarring.
