I love the little bits and pieces of this relationship-this series, love that they're still finding their way through. Plus, the image of Vince tied to the bed with red silk is definitely hot.
*glee* I love this series intensely, and this was a wonderful addition. I really like being in E's POV, because from outside his head, it's easy to assume that he's not as involved in the relationship as Vince is. From the inside, though, we get his affection and arousal and insecurities, and it all comprises an Eric who is very much present in the relationship and in love
( ... )
I admit, the question of why E is often wearing at least two T-shirts despite being in L.A. just vexes me.
I'm so glad this worked for you. I've been poking at a couple of outtakes from that series, because there are scenes in there (like that tied-up scene, and the earlier mention of Eric hating the story of Vince hooking up with a guy at summer camp) that have longer, bigger Vince/E scenes behind them. I've created a monster. And I firmly believe that part of Vince's communication style is a need to seem like he's equally cool about everything, which would lead to this lack of eye contact or seriousness when asking big questions. :)
Thanks, again. I always look forward to your notes.
Hey, welcome, first, to Entourage. We're always looking for a few good readers/writers(?). Let me highly recommend the first season, particularly if you're finding Vince to be pretty grating in S4 -- he's a nicer guy (well, he's the same guy, but in nicer situations) early on.
I have the same reaction to Eric: hug, woobie, etc. He's just always trying so hard, and that makes him a great guy to write about! And I'm glad the details here are mostly working well for you -- it's nice to hear things are smooth.
The jeans thing -- yeah, I can see what you're saying. I threw in those details specifically, though (usually I don't comment much on what they're wearing because, hey, they're guys, they don't notice shit), because I think it's telling of Eric that he knows what Vince's comfort clothes are. But maybe that's not coming through as well as it could (clearly, if I'm having to explain), so I might go back and tweak a bit when I have more internet time! Thanks for the pick-up, though!
This is delicious, beautifully written as always. Now I'm craving some heavy-duty kinky V/E. Any chance we could talk you into writing some? I'm sure the boys would be happy to do some more experimenting.
Hee! Well, I think the Rounds of Kink entry was about as far as I can go. But never say never, you know? Who knows what these guys will get up to. Thanks for reading and for the nice comment!
