<3333 Dublin. I'm trying to find out how selective Irish grad programs are in general. I might apply to UCD as well, though it has nowhere near the cache of TCD.

I'm sorry Frankie, rejection letters suck. Especially from Arizona.

You don't really want to go there anyway; it's horribly dry and empty there, and the coyotes are known to be vicious.

Remember, this just makes Arizona one more place you can thumb your nose at once you've started gradschool and are doing well. That's what I do with Grinnell and Carleton now.

I'm sorry that you didn't make it.

But I'm still using this as a bench mark for fretting.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing that I haven't heard from any yet?

I've heard a bunch of different responses. Some have heard from half their schools, and some haven't heard from any, and some have heard from a couple. I don't think it's a bad sign yet.
