You don't say sorry? Wow...that's odd. I always say sorry. I stepped on someone's foot last night, and that's what I did.

Okay, in that case Americans might say sorry (though I think it's interchangeable)... but I'm especially talking about when you want to get past someone or get a person's attention... do you use sorry or excuse me? In the US, it's excuse me. In Ireland, everything is "sorry."
