Kurt comes out to everyone in The Rhodes Not Taken. When they have the giant elephant in the room-joke, he isn't.
And then April gives him alcohol and tells him that's all he needs to be him: ending in him walking around through the school with muscle magazines. After that, it's never mentioned or acted like Kurt's being gay is a secret. So I'd say he oficcially outed himself there.

No Air is creepy desperation/codependency, Hate on me Hater is not giving a shit.
(And the creepy codependency is totally canon, because
a song with lyrics like being with you is so disfunctional is what ND deems appropriate to sing to him ( ... )
