The caravan the boy is standing in front of is a Bluebird, one of a type common to static caravan parks between the late 50's to the late 70's. The more angular van is (I believe) a product of the Pemberton caravan company from the mid 1960's. If I had to guess I would suggest 1966-72 taken at a static caravan park somewhere on the coast.
