Your use of the weather as symbol was the best I've ever read. I don't compliment lightly. The dynamic of Salazar/Rowena was better than I expected, or hoped to expect. Thanks for the richly poetic tone as well. I like a Salazar who is human and still exacting. This fits the bill. Thank you for writing this.
