that sounds so wonderful! we wanted a real tree this year. we've had a fake one for forever. and then because of an unexpected trip to wisconsin we decided to sacrifice the tree! but for 18 bucks! where did you go?
Olson's Christmas Woods, 555 10 Mile Road, Comstock Park, three miles west of U.S. 131, 616-887-7612. Blue spruce are $18 any size. Hours are 10 a.m. to dusk every day. Free boughs with tree purchase. Can drive cars to tree area. Hot chocolate on weekends. Spruce, large trees, saws provided.
I'd go soon. They're starting to get picked over. Especially compared to last year.
