ps help? I cant seem to make the ljcut work?

I have tried and tried in three diff. web browsers but it just wont? sorry :(

you go to the userinfo page and at the top it will say join community. then you post here. but (no offense to anyone) this is not an active community at all. some of the other photography communities are actually posted to.
