I wish Zaccagli stay in palermo at least for the season (maybe they can even win the scudetto together-- zacca and drea b.-- after which i'm all for drea b. going to juve). but stay in serie a palermo for now, drea b!

amauri is friggin unstoppable! but if he plays for the azzurri, one striker will have to give up his spot :[ cough Gila's getting his groove back too cough (but if that's what it takes to win, so be it)

poor palermo. they breed all the champs (toni, grosso) then lose them to the wealthier team giants :[ but that's the way the cookie crumbles...

maybe diddy will sit out christmas boy just to see how amauri plays? i know, it's hard to see a player you're attached to sit out.

but they need to stay in pink! even next year. i was biting my lip so hard since i was going through an archive and i saw the article that said they wanted to sell drea, and only after did i find that one. and then i went into aneursym mode since even zaccardo's name was there. sigh

palermo regret toni's sale. but it happened so fast, they didn't have time to convince him to stay. oh well. a lot of the fans saw him as deserting the team, and in an interview, zacca said that he didn't think toni should have gotten a call up for the nationals! angst! oh, i'm so working on a 4-way zaccargli/giluca fic.

lol diddy sure loves the palermo pinkies. you know it's so refreshing to watch the pinkies play, they have so much hunger and none of the ego. i mean the ego is great and all (ahem matrix ahem), but when you watch palermo play, it just seems a bit "purer" to me... i dunno, that's just the feeling i get

they play to win and live match by match. and it's so cute when you see all these pimped out training facilities milan and you see theirs and it's so tiny and basic when you compare it. and they train in the rain too. yum.

lol leaving grosso out but i have a reason! remember when you told me that luca said he would probably room with zacca during the WC? and then everyone roomed alone? well, i'm sure that midway through, toni changed his mind and went to room with gila, which didn't leave zacca all that pleased. so in return, he goes and tells lippi that the two are breaking the no-sex rule. lippi passes this info to diddy, who, as a punishment, calls one up and not the other for the euro qualifiers [first gila no luca, then the other way around]. so then the giluca plan something, and you can see it heating up during the milan/palermo game [where zacca was always marking gila] and then in the palermo/fiorentina game [where it was drea and toni]. rawr.

hmmmm, since i am not a palermo fan, and only follow 3 italian tems, i looked up this amauri guy and i think he is pretty cute, in that badboy-trashy-pretty boy way...so having more pretty in the field won't be bad, unless that means that del pieo will be gone :( how's di michele been doing?

been doing well. i hope he gets another call up. him and amauri work so amazing together. amauri set up di michele's goal against fiorentina. poor davi though gets marked a hellavulot and is often fouled against, and refs don't call it.

barza had been on the market, but zamparini took them both off, at least until the end of the season. the article that i posted is from the 27th though.

For us Palermo fans, Barzagli is essential. It would break my poor poor heart to see him go.

I'm praying that he stays! After all, we are doing incredible so far and staying at Palermo would be good for his career right now.

you cannot break up the two. or our hearts. barzagli & co have a chance to make this team really great, and i'll be really disappointed if he does leave. i know we can't stop him though.
