Kuzi's celebration was utterly mental. I feel sorry for Marica.

Also, I've finally learnt to recognise players who aren't Chivu at long distance on a 2" stream. One anonymous gadge passed very inaccurately to another, and Gadge No. 2 jumped up and down on the spot and flapped his arms around in fury; so I knew it was Mutu. *Facepalm*

Thanks for the recap. I finally got a chance to see the Romania game (my love for Mutu goes a seriously long way back ladies) and enjoyed his little card-inducing tantrum. I also caught the replay (because the only live game worth watching all day yesterday was the Germany/Russia game and really, it wasn't work watching) of the Italy/ROI game and Gila's goal. I love Gila and his flying hair! As for the Vargas and his glorious hair, I missed that game entirely. But Saturday I will see Vargas and his winning hair and all will be right with the world!

Poor Peru are so bad, it's so sad when even Vargas and his wonderous hair can't quite turn things around.
