It's an interesting attempt on his part to try to get public support behind something that's not paying Chelsea a zillion Euros, and is certainly a good cause, but one does wonder whether Chelsea will really ... care about any of those things, since they all they seem to want is the money they claim to have lost when he OMG DID COKE!
