Visiting you and other OS friends I completely fail to keep in contact with enough is on hold till the house is built. :-(

omg, is that how adults decorate? I love the background of your pic! Can you show more house pictures?

I want to decorate nicer. I really do. And then I remember that $20 spent on decor stuff is, say, 2+ hours of work and my last job and lord knows how many now that I'm in grad school and a horribly paid TA (I get $1k per month. fun.)

Oh, wait, it's not about me. You! Lovely :-) I like the pic quite a bit. Glad to know you're still alive and are learning a lot.

The solution is to get married. You get all manner of great stuff. And then y'know, a husband too. :) When I was in med school it was definitely more "poster chic"

here's the new place: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2200648&id=25701310 which is decorated pretty much like the old place http://fortuna-juvat.livejournal.com/344039.html

I can see your old place but not the new one :-( I really love your old place! Quite adorable. We have the same issue with old outlets and such, which did require some creative furniture placement. I also really adore your dining room set.

Maybe I'll get married. Someday. My boyfriend is old fashioned and wants to propose but is taking his sweet time. Then again, we've just been dating two years . . . but still. I imagine we'll get some cool stuff if that day ever comes. We did get a kitty :-)

It's wonderful to hear from you again. :-)

It's a quick easy flight for me to jaunt down to Savannah, and I look very much forward to doing so, once I get my life back from the 90-110+ hr/wk experience they call PGY-4...

(It's not a work hours violation: it's 80 strict hours a week, plus "homework" and "home call". ;-) )
