Disclaimer

• The stories involved in this fest are for entertainment only and no money is being made from them. All writers and readers are aware that all Harry Potter characters, words, etc. are property of J.K. Rowling and associates.

Regarding Age

• There might be stories and or art posted here that are meant for adults only. If you’re not of legal age in your country/state/city, please unjoin the community and or avoid those posts (which will be marked as being for adults only). Should you ignore this and stay, we take no responsibility should you get into trouble.

Fest Rules

• All stories/art created for the fests should be brand new and not posted anywhere else.
• This is an anonymous fest, so please do not tell anyone what your prompt is or post your story/art anywhere else until after the masterpost has been posted (roughly a week after the last story is posted)
• For this fest, all stories/art must have the current fest's chosen character (ie Pansy for Round 1) as part of the central pairing/storyline

Submission Requirements

• Story/art must be new and not posted anywhere else
• All stories must be 1,000 to 10,000 words
• Art must be completely finished, preferably colorized, but black and white is good, too
• All stories must be beta’d before submitting
• After every paragraph of your story hit enter twice so there is a blank line between paragraphs
• Do not include tabs or any spaces at the start of your paragraphs
• All stories must be formatted properly with HTML for italics, bolds, etc before submitting (Guide for Basic HTML Formatting), do not include
  (paragraph breaks) or
  (line breaks)
• While it is ok to make up some of your own spells and what not, potterwords is a great source for correct names and words from the HP books

How to Submit Your Work

• A separate post will be made regarding submission once the claiming is done, but all stories will need to be emailed to fortheloveofhp @ gmail . com.

Dropping Out/Defaulting

• Before the due date for the current round: email fortheloveofhp @ gmail . com or send shy_of_reality a message
• After the due date/default (don't submit a story/art at all): you will not be allowed to participate in the next round
• Please note, that if someone defaults for more than one round in a row, they will no longer be able to take part in any fortheloveofhp fests
