I like your descriptions! How you painted the picture of the lit cigarette in the darkness of the window, and the Neville's nature as a Herbologist and loving, caretaker sort. Very bittersweet fic.

Oh very sneaky mystery writer. I like how Pansy is not redeemed in this and is still very much a deceptive no good slytherin at heart.

Aww, poor Neville! I can imagine him trying to play the knight in shining armour and Pansy bristling at that. There was some lovely imagery in this piece.

Poor Neville :( Great job with the imagery and setting Pansy up to be someone I started to trust only to have the carpet pulled out from under my feet!!

Oh, this broke my heart. Poor Neville. I love that your Pansy stayed true to canon Pansy, though, a Slytherin through and through. Your prose is just beautiful.
