I LOVE this. So quietly perfect and just... right. I could so see this happening (in fact, this type of scenario has been my headcannon from the beginning) and in pretty much this way. James and Robbie slowly coming together and realizing how "right" it felt. James nobly willing to step away if Robbie finds he'd prefer Laura (while not really wanting to). Robbie wanting both James and Laura. Laura being stunned by QUITE HAPPY to share the boys.

This is just... yeah.
