After her talk with Martini, Jo had decided she would try to stay out of her room as much as possible today. And also, she'd ditch the healthy food for some awesome sugary cereal. Forge didn't even heed the TV or Jo's presence as he entered the living room and flopped into an armchair; his attention was entirely fixed on the notebook full of diagrams he carried, with the occasional pause in his thought process to take a bite from the half-eaten apple in his other hand.

It was during one of these pauses that the presence of another person in the room finally registered, and he glanced up with a sheepish grin and a mouth full of apple. "Oh. Uh. Sorry -- hey."

Jo in an instant knew someone else was in the room, but she continued to keep her eyes on the television and to keep on eating her cereal. Not until he says something does she let her focus move over to him.

Offering a small smile, she nods. "Hey. Do ya' need this room or something?"

"Nah, man, I'm good." He mumbled around the bite of fruit, then swallowed and added more clearly "Uh -- so long as you are, I mean. I can clear out if you were looking for alone time. Just kind of didn't notice anyone else was in here."

"No, it's alright. I don't.. I don't mind the company." Jo's attention goes back to the television and she laughs quietly at the show.

Feeling a little rude, she looks back. "Oh um.. I'm Jo."
