Thunderbird?

Okay, tech support time. For some reason, when I try and start up Mozilla Thunderbird now, it just locks up, it sort of half-loads, but all the outside edges are all speckley and it doesn't respond. I tried downloading the newest version, which still does it, and it worked fine several days ago, I don't know of anything that should have changed ( Read more... )

this is just shooting from the hip, but it sounds like a corrupt mail file to me.

if it were netscape mail, I'd tell you to rename your index files and let the program recreate them.

this isn't netscape mail tho, so take it with a grain of salt.

Actually, it looks like it's something wrong with one of my extensions, since I just found the "no extensions" startup shortcut and that works fine. Maybe the skin I use or something.
