It's nice to know I've still got it. I borrowed a book from work because it looked interesting, and proceeded to complete reading it in approximately one day. Started reading it last night, finished about an hour ago, and that's including sleep and work. Yay me.

Hey Forsythferret,
Thanks so much for picking up the book and blogging about it. I really appreciate it. It means a lot to a first-time author.

Mr. Hamburger did me a real solid with his blurb. His was the first one in. I'm hoping to have a debate with him about who is cooler: ninjas vs. Shaolin monks.

Was it Kojo you heard me on?

BTW, I totally agree about the length of the subtitle. But publishers these days are addicted to long subtitles for non-fiction books.

All the best,

I think it was Kojo, yes. I only caught a brief part of the interview, I wasn't going very far.

Also, holy crap.

PS Which is not to say that I don't love my publishing house and all the wonderful people working there. They are great.

No worries. I'm still trying to sort out this blogging thing myself. You have to forgive us old men. Just discovered technorati. I actually found your blog through a Google Alerts. It's not particularly comprehensive but it popped up your entry. And again, I really appreciate it.
