I realize I'm sort of spamming your flists, but considering how depressing the average Heroes-related post in my flist was today, I'd like to offer something a little lighter.

I don't know if you've ever seen a blog called "Preppies of the Apocalypse". I never had, until I Googled a slightly odd phrase and it came up near the top of the search

Profit reference? I don't remember a Profit reference. And you'd think I would. I need to know specifics!

And between them, they produced two sneaky, ruthless and awesome sons: Sylar and Nathan. I'm not sure how to account for sweet, dippy Peter, though.
Aw. Peter just chooses not to be sneaky. He can be. Remember the Family Brunch? He holds his own against Nathan.

And then I realized it was also a TZ thing, even moreso, and I don't know why I thought of AYAOTD first. I know TZ much better.

And because I already replied to the comment, I can no longer edit it and I see the Profit reference was in the comments.

However, I did get a Profit flashback during last night's episode, with the poisoning. Except in that, it wasn't so much poisoned food as much as it was... an injection. And not so much generic poison as heroin. But still! Intent to kill while making it look like a heart attack! It's entirely possible the connection was just in my mind.

I'm pretty sure someone else besides you mentioned that they had Profit flashbacks in that scene. Now, if only the show had fully-naked Pasdar... ;0

Hey, Forsquilis, thanks for the link -- Preppies of the Apocalypse is my blog (I just use this LJ account to post stories where Sylar gropes Mohinder inappropriately), and yeah, I've got some damn funny people commenting on it. You're very welcome! I only read about 4 or 5 of the reviews, but part of my reason for posting about it was to make sure I had a link so I could go back and read more. As it was, I sat at work with my hand clamped over my mouth, trying to keep myself from laughing out loud as I read. Er, I mean, if I were the kind of person who reads things on the Internet at work, which I am NOT, because I am a dedicated and efficient employee who would never do something like that, THAT'S what I would have done. Yeah.

The world needs more stories where Sylar gropes Mohinder inappropriately. Real life is very happy for me right now, but unfortunately, it's also so busy that I have no time for imagining and writing about new ways that Sylar could grope Mohinder inappropriately. Sigh.
