Buffy had heard the radio broadcast about the attacks and something she liked to call panic flailed to life inside of her. Forgetting that she was only in flannel pants and a tank top, she barreled out of her room and started pounding on the door across the hall

Leaving 238 in something less than the best of moods, Aeryn sees the girl pounding frantically on the door. Without preamble she steps forcibly into the girl's way, opens the door, and lets herself inside. She closes the door behind her.

There's no one in there, which is good. There are no awkward cover stories to begin with. Aeryn goes straight to the closet and selects a few pieces of clothing that look to be Angel's size, not really caring what she's grabbing. She really doubts he's going to care much.

She opens the door again, completely ignores Buffy, and sets back off for John's room with the clothes.
