C-max started overheating again... ARG! Getting a new car was supposed to make things more reliable.

EDIT: they are trying many things, but can't get it fixed. Now they think they won't have it back to me before Friday.

We are currently annoyed at our C-Max Energi because California is blocking our registration renewal on yet another emissions recall which we somehow missed. Just ECU reprogramming but we have to find a time to take it to the dealership, get a certificate of correction, and renew by mail.

I feel like this is the fifth recall or so, all but one of which have been software-only but still requiring a trip to the dealership.

Besides that and the terrible storage space (because it's the plug-in hybrid with the big battery filling a bunch of trunk floor space) we still like it.

Interesting, since they're next step on my car is to replace the ECU.
