(Backdated to yesterday because I had both family and RPG drama. *facepalms*)Dawna had been cleaning the house a little bit (read: mostly watching Phae, Cal and Cate clean up and picking up a few things when they'd let her) when she'd started to feel a few less-than-tiny pains. To say he was there in a flash was really an understatement really as Cate came rushing in out of breath and telling him Mum was in labour. He smirked to himself, shaking his head -she had to be kidding right? The look on her face however as he came in the room was anything BUT kidding. "The bag is in the closet," she said softly, keeping herself as calm as possible, "There's also a bag of stuff with the boys coming-home outfits and things in. Please grab that too." She needed to stand soon, but she wasn't sure she could. Not without help. He squeezed her hands as she did his, trying to will strength into body. At her words he looked towards Calum who ran off to the closet and grabbed both the bags, bringing them back quickly. He went to lift her to her feet as she spoke but stopped dead as she told him to, his hands hovering in mid air until she told him it was okay to help her. He'd gone through this before, twice theoretically, only this was the first time he'd been in control and outside. He was nervous but then he was bound to be, the children were early were they not. The thought niggled at him but he pushed it away. "Okay?"
