Tyber and I stopped by a local thrift store a few days ago and I got an army camo uniform - IN MY SIZE - for $3. FILLED WITH AWESOME. I'm looking forward to doing some minor customizations. I also picked up a medical book to draw/paint in and get over my fear of writing/drawing in pre-printed books ( Read more... )

mom went to an estate sale the other day and guess what she got for me..
Polaroid 600, for 2 bucks. it works. I MUST BUY FILM.

i also have serious qualms over marking in books, but particularly vintage books :(
it just feels SO wrong.

you done any more stuff with clay?

Awesomeeee buy - have fun with that one too. XD

If it's an ooooold vintage book with any form of sentimental value I don't think I would ever be able to mark it. I need to get out of the general fear though - especially if I end up making something with some value to me where there was none before. :)

No more clay yet but I will be soon - I've been trying to catch up on art stuff and Tyber is slowly teaching me how to use the sewing machine for dolls/monsters. :0
