I went out this morning to meet James and... I gotta say, it reminded me just how hardy the English really are! The weather was, and still is, MISERABLE! And yet there were loads out on the street and milling about and shopping and even little old people! Even when it started to rain suddenly, most of the people didn't take a blind bit of notice! *

I live in the US and I don't care about the politics.. I still don't understand why US is such a BIG THING ack.

The American election system makes absolutely no sense, it's like it's trying to be a parliamentary system, but failing miserably.

To be fair, our election does concern you, though, since it affects how America acts in the future, which influences you guys. and be thankful you've only had to hear about it for a few months. Indiana is a swing state this time around, so they've been campaigning heavily here for over a year
