In the beginning he trusted Yoochun's mother just like Yoochun did, when she started to poison him with lies, he didn't realised until it was too late :( And now he thinks he would continue hurting Yoochun if he let him back into their lives. I realised that I've made Junsu a little too selfish lol but with good intentions, he has a child to take care off and he doesn't want to continue hurting nor would he want to hurt others.
