Whatever you do, DO NOT order from snapfish.com. I have had nothing but problems with their photo gifts. I ordered the beginning of Nov.. Got it in had to mail it in to be replaced. They tried to charge me shipping on a replacement. Um, I don't think so. Get the replacement in the mail yesterday and they're worse than the original ones. Their email

I will say, I've never had a problem with them for pictures.. this was for a photo mug.. but yeah i will never place an order with them.. never ever.. even if they were the last place on earth to get pictures developed.. I've had more than enough.

I FINALLY got ahold of them to deal with this.. and she was trying to tell me that i had already been refunded my money.. $7 something.. i'm like that was for the SHIPPING that i wasn't paying.. now i want ALL my money back and i don't want the stupid mugs.. yeah i was on hold for a good 20 minutes all together..

*sigh* this was supposed to be my parents christmas present.. and now they won't refund the money till they receive the mugs back in their warehouse.. so i have no money to get them something else to replace these stupid things..

i used them once with similar results (the quality was shoddy). i think the photo printer i have here at home does a better job. i hope at the very least they issue you a refund.

they SAY they will.. BUT i have to wait till they get the mugs for them to actually refund me which means i have no money to buy my parents christmas presents :(

yeah i saw that. once i get my money back, not in time for christmas tho, i'll prolly order a couple mugs from walmart.. they're cheaper there anyway.. but i'll just get a regular picture mug, i'm too scared to try for the magic mug again. *sigh*
