( 2235 stevens road; locked to bang shishigami and neophyte redglare )
[After having spent the better part of the week as a drone, Terezi Pyrope finally wakes up. She wakes up from her nightmares to a sharp gasp and an unfamiliar-smelling bedroom. She nearly falls off of her bed in an attempt to regain her bearings as she tries to pull everything

If your lodging has changed, however, then I suppose nobody has received the package I distributed to your former residence.

--well yes, like Eridan. But I assure you the problem with Eridan's ensemble is not any one piece in particular; rather it is the entirety of it in concert that makes him look like, as you so elegantly put it, a "fucknig chunp." Scarves are in fact quite stylish and comfortable, worn by a great many sentient beings who are not murderous sea dwelling assholes.
*And now she's looping it gently around her neck and shoulders.* Isn't it warm?

Wow, all of that stuff you just said about fashion was so amazingly irrelevant to anything I care about, but thank you for the 'quite stylish and comfortable' scarf!
It is also warm, yes.

*And then her expression softens slightly, and the tone of her voice changes.* Terezi, how are you?

Fiiine! Why do you ask?

I am endeavoring to spend as much time as possible away from my assigned hive now.

[she looks away.] Kanaya. Are you angry at me for killing her?

*Kanaya trails off. Even if that's a bit further than she is on the timeline, it's obvious, isn't it? Aradia had exploded, Feferi had been killed by Eridan, and Nepeta by Gamzee. There were only three of the girls left, and Terezi would only have needed to stop one of them - let alone ask if she was angry. For a moment, Kanaya allows that perhaps Terezi could be talking about Rose, but dismisses the idea, given their conversation during the mushroom incident.*
...Vriska. You killed Vriska, didn't you? *And is she angry? No, she's not. Terezi wouldn't have done it if it hadn't been necessary, after all - she was the Seer. And thanks to Vriska's God Tier powers, she couldn't have done it if it hadn't been just. So no, she isn't angry.
Just very profoundly sad.*

[She can taste Kanaya's sorrow, the sting of her pain, and her shoulders slump, but Terezi is still certain that she did what was done only because all other options had been exhausted.
She never wanted to kill Vriska.]

I'm not angry, Terezi, though I... think you may be from slightly further on the timeline than I. *That confrontation with Eridan and Gamzee - had that been the last time she would see her former moirail alive? She wonders what the last words they exchanged would be, if they hadn't yet been said.*
And this isn't to suggest that you didn't have the utmost in good reasons - if not, you could not have succeeded - but. May I ask why it happened?

You understand why I couldn't let that happen.

Yes. ...of course I do.

...do you regret it?
