Yes, I am willing to send them overseas.

That being said, the only out of country mailing I've ever done was United States to Canada, so I'll have to learn. And, I have no idea how long mail will take to get to another country off the North American continent, so even though I'll be mailing at least one per month, I don't know how long between them it will be for the recipient.
