First off, I have my 3-month check-up for my right eye, and 1-month for my left, tomorrow. Am looking forward to seeing how my vision is doing (well, I hope)!

*grins* I love Bernard and Isobel and the Cunning Artificer! Wonderful place and people. I lived in Wincanton for a while, and I used to go in there every week just to chat and pet the cats. Their cats are fantastic, especially Dundee (giant fluffy ginger tom who LOVES to be petted, so much so that they put tissue paper on the Post Office counter so he can flex his paws while he's being stroked and scritched :D).

Awwww, Wincanton. I wish I could have visited for more than a day-ish! :)

The cats are adorable! I wish I wasn't allergic. :( Even so, they're nice to watch.

YAY ON THE MEDICAL BILLS!

Admittedly, money was a bit tighter this time around, so I didn't participate, but I'm very glad people are helping.

Sign me up as shallow regarding Henry Cavill as Superman. He can act, he looks good, everything else is cake. Admittedly I'm not a huge Superman fan, but I'm curious to see what Zach Snyder does with it.

*delayed response* Well, I have finished paying for the surgeries. I am still struggling a bit with the medications - as posted recently on Twitter, a tiny 2.5mL bottle of some eyedrops I need, that last for 15 days, costs $100 AFTER insurance. So...there are still some expenses. But I kind of feel like people have already done so much for me that I should just figure out how to worry about that stuff myself.
