Hrm. I don't know? I actually need to find a program that will convert my camera videos to something Flickr will recognize. But I don't know what to use to convert .flv files. Sorry!

Yeah, I dunno - when I've made icons from videos it's ones where you can freeze-frame them, I think. :)
