Would you please tuck a few of those reviews behind an LJ cut?

Sure - for possible spoilers, or for length?

Thanks, and for length. I just don't like to have to scroll. Do you like my new icon?

I was going to say!

FREESIA. Hee.

That series is so ridiculous it's mind-boggling.

Ooh, that anthology does sound good!

'Tis! There are more good stories, too, but I didn't really think I should review all 20 of them.

Oh, that sounds good! I'm on kind of a short story/novella kick lately, so I may have to check this out.

You should! I am also intending to pick up another of hers, Coyote Road, at some point after my funds recover from my recent interview-suit buying and things. :) I haven't read that one, but the reviews have all been very positive. That one is more straight fantasy stories, I think.

You're welcome! As you can see, I enjoyed your story. :) I didn't know you had a LiveJournal though. You have some interesting entries - mind if I add you?

Also, I see you've got a story in the Del Rey book, which I was thinking of picking up next week. Cool.

Please do! And I hope you like the Del Rey; there's a ton of good stuff in there. Margo Lanagan's story really creeped me out. Also, Maureen McHugh! How can you go wrong?

And Pat Cadigan! Elizabeth Bear! Jeffrey Ford! It's win-win. I'll pick it up when I venture out to my local comic book haven book store this weekend.

P.S. Your icon both mesmerizes and disturbs me. Hah.

Many thanks for the friendly mention of "Lives" -- much appreciated!

Hmmf. I see Ballingrud got here first . . .

Hello! This must be John, then. :) All these wonderful writers on LiveJournal. Well I was glad to mention it - I enjoyed it very much.

I hope you wouldn't take it amiss if I also added you to my friendslist, although, yes, Nathan got here first. Anyone who uses the phrase "Picosecond after picosecond went by while I wrestled with my conscience" in a LiveJournal entry is surely a Must-Read. :)

Not at all -- I'm flattered to be asked. I've just friended you back.
