Lorraine's funeral has come and gone. She would have been happy with it because it an Irish funeral: forty-five minutes of being solemn followed by drinking, eating, and recalling fond and funny memories and stories. Sunday- went to the Ren Faire in Omaha with the parents and met up with Karen, Becca, and Tarah. The Faire was relatively small, but awesome nonetheless. There's a Renaissance Faire in Omaha this weekend. It's the faire's fifth year, and I never knew it. Seeing as how the Renaissance Faire of the Midlands is slowing dying (if the last few years have been any indication), I've been looking for other faires in the area to go to. We're going on Saturday, and it should be fun. Bodice time! ^_^

I talked to my mom and got the cleaning situation partially worked out, which makes me quite happy. One problem solved, nineteen others to tackle.

I'm home, and have been for the last few days...most unfortunately, my mother is on a crusade to make me get every inch of my room cleaned up entirely....meaning that I have to move everything in my room into the basement, sort through it all, and then move what remains back.
