Houston PD Doesn't Play Well With Others
Apparantly, this is how they roll in Houston. I know nothing about the crime, other than the chase was 40 minutes. Therefor, I have not yet formed an opinion on the "level of force" they used. It could definitely be acceptable (by my agencies standards), or it could be pretty out of hand....either way, enjoy.

That kind of stuff is pretty standard, although the car seemed to be going pretty fast when the guy got hit. Myfoxhouston said he wasn't hurt. I have a hard time feeling bad for the guy - what happened to him was EXACTLY what could have happened to a little kid while HE was speeding through that subdivision.
Excessive force? Maybe. But most likely it was better for them. He ended up being charged with agg assault on a PO x 2. Good for them, I say.
