Beware the mysterious spiral...

Dec 10, 2009 13:20

[Norway is sitting on a couch in front of a coffee table covered with photographs and drawings of a mysterious spiral that appeared in his sky.]

It's not the aurora or Northern Lights, but what is it? And Russia is saying it's not his but he could be lying...

[Yeah, I couldn't resist this: Read more... )

[Looks up at them curiously]

If they were leaving they would have told me.

Can't expect them to speak their piece all the time, boyo, ye can't-- they've an independent mind.

Strange spiral that appeared early in the morning overhead. Took several pictures and a video of it.

Unlikely. The nisse told me it wasn't anything from their side.

It definitely wasn't caused by the magnetosphere. See, there aren't any bright colours in the spiral, and the movement isn't natural!

[Pointing at segments of the bands; Aurora expert over here. Then again, you probably know quite a bit about them yourself.]

But you know, it is kind of pretty, don't you think? Kind of like a galaxy or a strange flower. Have you named it yet?

[nods]

Leaning towards Russia being the cause. Don't trust him to tell the truth.

Haven't named it. Haven't thought of naming it.

What could Russia have done to cause that?

Should I name it for you?

There are rumors he's testing rockets and failing at it. He's not too far away, so anything that happens over on his side we'd certainly see.

[Remembers how your dog was named. Hmm, maybe not...]

Thank you, but I'll come up with something.

What ever it is I wouldn't trust it.

[Of course he doesn't trust anything anywhere but that's besides the point. He slips a book onto a shelf that he had been glancing through.]

I wouldn't anyways. That's why I'm considering what it is before making any judgments.

You should simply confront the man it obviously came from and demand a explanation head on.

Show no hesitation!

Then watch for lying signals on his face.

[Raises an eyebrow]

And when the man is quite likely Russia?
