we've been using re-usable bags for grocs and sundries for some time now. it's a great way to help the world. our civic government is about to legislate mandatory tax per plastic bag used from sellers to give incentive to reduce the use of plastic bags. i'm all for whatever stops the plastic island paradise that lives in the pacific, like some growing monstrosity.
